Rules to protect Transport Platform users. The Transport Platform has introduced rules to protect users from fraudulent activities, support reliable contractors and ensure the good reputation of the service. These rules provide clear rules for cooperation. As a result, services provided through the Transport Platform are to be associated with high quality. What do the rules cover? The provisions deal with so-called unfair practices.

It is considered an unfair practice for a User to take transport orders when: - he does not have the required authorizations, permits or licenses, - he only has a transport license, but does not have the appropriate means of transport to carry out the carriage himself, despite the fact that the contractor in his advertisement clearly stated the prohibition of the use of subcontractors, - the User is engaged in the forwarding business, and the offer in the advertisement was addressed to transport companies, despite this he accepted the order for execution.

It is unfair practice to post ads in the "Cargo" category by Users acting on behalf of third parties or entities that are not parties to the transaction. In particular, if the User is neither the shipper nor the consignee of the cargo, and at the same time does not have a freight forwarding license, such action will be considered a serious violation of the applicable legal norms and the Rules of Procedure.

It is an unfair practice for Users offering transportation services without having the required permits or licenses, in accordance with applicable laws, to post advertisements in the "Vehicles" category. If it is determined that a User does not have the appropriate authorization to provide such services, this action will be treated as a serious violation of the Regulations and applicable legal norms.

It is an unfair practice for Users to conclude contracts initiated as a result of an advertisement, in which the payment term for the performance of transportation services exceeds 30 days from the date the service contractor sends the required documents, such as an invoice or proof of delivery, by registered mail or electronically.

It is an unfair practice for contractors to conclude a contract on the basis of an offer posted on the Service in the "Cargo" or "Vehicles" categories, in which one of the parties: - requires the other party to act contrary to the provisions of these Rules, - induces the concealment of circumstances relevant to the performance of the contract or its compliance with the Rules.

The purpose of these rules is to ensure the highest quality of services provided through the Transport Platform and to eliminate unnecessary intermediaries. Violation of the Regulations in this regard, will result in taking appropriate legal steps and drawing consequences against the dishonest User. This involves blocking the account and imposing a contractual penalty of up to ten thousand zlotys.
