You can use your support time in one or several sessions (minimum 15 minutes each). Up to 2 people can take part in a session at the same time. The validity period applies to support hours, not to the points credited to your account.
Flexible support
You decide how to use your purchased time. You can spend it learning to use the Platform, configuring settings, training employees or getting practical help while working with the Platform.
Use your time in one meeting or split it into several sessions. Minimum session length: 15 minutes.
Live translation in 9 languages
We speak Polish – you read in your own language! The presenter's words are automatically translated and displayed on your screen. You can ask questions at any time in a dedicated chat window.
