If the contractor's offer is accepted by two or more principals, the contractor is obliged to execute the order resulting from the offer that was accepted first. The Contractor is not obliged to execute subsequent accepted orders, provided that no more than 15 minutes have elapsed since their acceptance, and within this time he has informed the principals of the impossibility of executing the order due to the earlier acceptance of another offer. In the absence of such notification within the required time, the Contractor may be liable for non-performance of the contract, if the terms of the contract were known to him before its conclusion. Such a situation is indisputable in the case of conclusion of a contract through the "Private Board".
