Fields with order data, such as Name (1) loading - Address, Reference (1) number, Specification (1) cargo, Name (1) Consignee - Address, Reference (1) unloading, are available only in the "Private Board" form. These data can be completed by the Ordering Party prior to the publication of the offer and become visible to the Contractor only when the freight is accepted by the Contractor or when the Ordering Party accepts the offer made by the Contractor in response to the published order offer on the Private Board.
