The Transport Platform offers two independent services: the ‘Vehicle Load Board’ and the Company Catalogue – Guide. Both services have been developed with a uniform graphic design, which ensures consistency and intuitive operation. The service currently in use can be easily identified by looking at its name in the upper left corner of the menu. In order to take full advantage of the features of both services, it is necessary to register separately for each of them via the User Panel. It is worth noting that the same e-mail address can be used in both cases. Detailed information on who can register on each service is presented in the video below. Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and conduct registered business activity, legal persons or organisational units without legal personality but capable of acquiring rights and incurring obligations on their own behalf, acting through their authorised representatives, who have created an Account in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Terms and Conditions, may register on the Website. Registration on the Website is not available to natural persons with consumer status.
Our service is a platform where contracts for the transport of goods are concluded — often of considerable value. To ensure the highest level of security, each user undergoes a verification process. The administrator confirms the identity based on data from official registers, submitted documents and a bank transfer made from the company account, with the mandatory annotation: ‘verification and activation — e-mail’. This procedure is designed to ensure that the account is registered with the knowledge and consent of the company owner, especially in situations where the account is created by an employee. After registration and confirmation of the email address, the Administrator performs a preliminary verification of the data and then issues and sends a Proforma Invoice to the user. After the transfer containing the required annotation has been credited, the Administrator performs a full verification, grants the appropriate authorisations, activates the account and issues the relevant VAT invoice. This ensures that every contract concluded via the Transport Platform is executed in a secure, transparent and lawful manner.
The activation of an account registered on the website is carried out by the Administrator within forty-eight hours of its confirmation by the user. During this time, the Administrator verifies the data contained in the user's profile. If there are no objections, the account will be activated. The Administrator reserves the right to contact the business owner or their representative by phone to confirm the data as part of the verification process. In case of any ambiguities or the need for additional information, the Administrator may also request additional documents or explanations.
